First, the seller shipped the phone to himself instead of me, so it had to be reshipped. I did receive it in a timely manner on the 2nd try. Second, the phone was activated on someone's Google account, so it was not ready for activation as advertised. I had to figure out how to do a hard reset. I don't think the seller was trying to be malicious. These could be honest errors. The setup of the phone proved to be stressful since I was expecting a phone that was clean , and it was not. I had to do more than normal research to get it set up. It doesn't appear to be damaged in any way, and everything that was supposed to come with it was there except for the key to release the SIM card.

I have received phone, in mint condition as advertised, I haven't activated yet, trying to get that done today...I need the code from the seller to give this a better rating. Not satisfied at the moment as the phone is not in working condition. If and when I get the information required for activation I am prepared to change my feedback
