I would consider the phone in good condition instead of mint and maybe worth a little less than I paid due to slight wear on the bottom back corners and screen burn in the bottom right corner where you can see three squares.  However, the seller was excellent and very friendly.  I do not in any way think he was trying to deceive me or sell me a faulty product.  The product itself works great.  Battery is not up to par with what a mint phone would be, but decent and prob just due to age of phone.  The screen and charging port/headphone port look excellent/mint as far as scratches go.  It was also shipped to me VERY fast.  I was not expecting that and am greatful.  I would purchase from this seller again.
