There was an issue with the device (Burn In). Seller said that they would take the device back for a refund. Device sent back with confirmation code and tracking. The item arrived back on the seller's address on 4/29 but they did not acknowledge it until I asked when I could expect a refund confirmation. The seller accused me of trying to rush them and of being shady because the device was not sold as advertised. I just wanted a refund confirmation. Swappa support confirmed that the seller should retrieve the item to confirm and then process my refund. I did not hear anything back until at least 5/4, when I reached back out to the seller. Seller again accused me of being impatient and then threatened to charge me a 15% restocking fee (which was not advertised anywhere either). By this time, the seller did not even retrieve the device until that Tuesday/Wednesday and only on Friday 5/8 did I get a refund back. This was terrible customer service. 0/10, wouldn't recommend.
