While the issue was with USPS, the negative feedback is due to the lack of concern from the seller. They also stopped responding to myself and Swappa staff. Refunded only after Swappa staff held their listing/selling priveleges.

Device is in pretty much pristine condition. I wish the owner had left the screen protector as shown in the images, but no issues. Device has been great!
