DO NOT RECOMMEND. After receiving the phone, a week late and discovering a problem Julio was difficult to reach. As of today, phone is still not working correctly, and no refund or credit has been issued.

I feel spending $1,500 Juliio should have followed up to make sure it arrived safely and was to my satisfaction. Being without a phone for a week interrupting my business was frustrating, Also, USPS disputes the date Julio claimed to have mailed.

The phone was an open box sale, supposedly tested and advertised as "mint condition". Upon arrival the phone has what turns out to be "a battery non-compatibility issue" which is a manufacturing glitch that affected some Android Z Fold 7's. If tested, then the seller knew about the glitch and falsely advertised the condition.

Update - after posting this review; Julio would like to argue about the phone condition. Certainly, there must be more gracious way to take care of a frustrated disappointed customer who received a lemon.

Phone was brand new, as described. Very satisfied.
