The package shiped out a quite longer than usual, and it took 5 days to reach my location.

My big dissapointed here is the seller seem not take care of the smartphone to shipping to the buyer. He just put a phone in the small package provide by UPS Ground without bubble plastic wrap to protect the phone.

Also, the UPS Ground driver lazy left my package in the front door of my apartment instead of my front door room.

Fortunately, I pickup my package instantly when see through my windown after the UPS driver walk away (so many people walk in my apartment front door, and if someone step in my package!)

Overall, phone met my expected, and pretty flawless too.

This is the worse buying experience I've had in years. I would not purchase anything from this seller! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I've purchased multiple phones from Swappa and other websites and have not had any issues. The seller sent an immediate email the day this phone arrived to "close out the sale" which I thought was strange since other sellers have not done that. The phone is good condition on the outside but keeps turning off on it's own multiple times every day.
All basic functions of the phone were not working.
Therefore, it does not "functions flawlessly" as advertised in the seller's listing.

Phone is flawless. Just waiting to activate as it's a Christmas present.
