Seller was reasonably responsive but lost 2 stars as I purchased an item and then a day paternal the seller cancelled and refunded as he has sold it locally. It seemed like a genuine mistake otherwise I'd take off more stars.

Not satisfied with the response from the seller about the defected accessory sent. Even if it was not replaced, at-least the response has to be genuine.

I had the photo that clearly shows that the cable is in damaged shape and not working, and still the seller is not ready to agree. Seller is saying he used the same accessory for charging it al the time whereas the pic can prove that its in non-working condition and this condition cannot be because of transit, for sure.

I was at-least expecting that he would have admitted it. Anyways still not giving a very bad rating (3star)
