This seller is selling devices that are UNDER A CONTRACT. There is no way to find out for sure if the device will be blacklisted. One AT&T rep told me that it can be blacklisted, but the seller doesn't offer any type of assurance, only "you bought it for at&t so there isn't anything I can do". Also the cable is not OEM, which wasn't mentioned. Otherwise, fast shipping and device is in good condition.
