It was a fast sale and quick shipping, the phone came exactly as advertised wonderful first experience on Swappa. Highly recommend this seller, he was nothing but direct, expedient, and professional.

Asked seller to cancel sale. He said he would minus $70 and transferred money back into his account before asking if the $70 minus was ok. Swappa stepped in and told him it should be the total paid minus $20. The seller than issued 3 refunds of random amounts a few days later. I was still owed another $2.33. Swappa told the seller to refund the last amount and again I had to wait a few days for the seller to transfer the money to his PayPal account before refunding.

Frustrating experience. Which I regret ever asking to cancel the sale, that was my fault. However, I asked the seller several times to just send the device and he ignored my request.

Proceed with caution.
