update 5/30 : Pixel XL died on 5/18. not even 2 weeks after i bought it. tried everything to make it work, but nothing helped. Spoke with pixel support and they said i needed a replacement. so now i'm using a refurbished phone instead of an original mint condition phone as described from the seller. i contacted the seller about the dead phone, and he wasn't helpful or responsive. i will advice caution if buying from this seller.

The device has activation lock issue which should have been checked by the seller before selling the device. I spent one week talking to apple support back and forth trying to get the phone unlocked and finally be able to use the device after receiving it in the mail. It was a headache.
The seller was very helpful though and was very responsive. Will definitely recommend him to future buyers.

The device came as described very very good condition and shipped promptly. Was having difficulty getting it on to the Sprint network but was some help from them and some guidance from Michael here and his patience everything is now up and running.
