Jordan was VERY cooperative and helpful getting some bugs worked out that we were not aware of in clearing the phone. Google has a new lock process, we were not aware, but he worked promptly with me to get it removed. The phone is in excellent shape and is as advertised. Great, very helpful seller!!!! This is my first time using Swappa - I'll be back!
