I do not think the seller was out to con anybody, as he was very apologetic and refunded $ quickly, but he sold me a Samsung Galaxy S6 that was advertised as unlocked but was actually a locked foreign phone!! Big waste of time. Beware! Won't be risking another purchase from Swappa either.

The seller shipped 2 days after I purchased and the item arrived in good condition and functioning as advertised.
