The seller was great. They were quick to respond and helpful in the sale page comment section. They sent the device with enough of a charge to test out of the box and shipped the device out quickly. They were very professional.

the phone did not work when received it, i'm very upset and want to return the phone

Update: Phone is freezes and is non-functional. Seeking replacement... Will update on resolution.
