I want to start off by saying I bought a 2019 Macbook Pro with Touchbar - 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD from “jenzfc” and everything arrived exactly as described.

Upon receiving the product and setting everything up, I had noticed the “Find my Mac” application was still connected to the sellers ICloud. I immediately contacted the seller to discuss the next steps and how I should proceed as it was asking for the seller’s password in order to fully unlink the account from the computer. After messaging the seller through the purchase page, the response time was under 5 minutes. The seller had replied and was trying to fix it. With no foreseeable way to continue and a return of the device on the forefront, the seller managed to work with me in order to find a solution.

Overall, even though a tough first experience, the seller has persuaded me to use Swappa again in the future with the quick shipment, accurate description of the product, and support when things don’t go as planned.

Shipping was fast, but seller either did not inspect the scratches on the screen before listing it or putpousfully ignored to mention it, when informed she got very aggressive accusing the buyer for lying. She was very rough in her communication and did not show professionalism.

Great seller....Phone arrived in 2 days. Phone was in better condition than seller described, and it smelled good too! I like her perfume.
