Received the phone in one day. Condition looks good. And the wireless charger was nice bonus.

So to be clear, the seller shipped the item VERY promptly using the proper process, getting me the tracking number, maintaining great communication, etc. The USPO lost (or more likely a USPO employee stole) the item. This seller did an exceptional job of trying to get to the bottom of things and kept me updated all the time. Eventually even the PO threw up their hands. He'll get his insurance claim and I've got a full refund already. So I can't say I actually have the tablet but I can't give this seller anything less than 5 stars.
