I received the phone today. It is in mint condition, as advertised. I just got back from the Verizon store getting a nano sim. The phone is activated and working.

Overall, smooth transaction and I would do business with the seller again. My bad for not reading the Swappa FAQ and incorrectly assuming the Nano SIM would ship with the phone. Couldn't activate until I went to a Verizon store the next day to request one. While there Verizon insured the phone which I wasn't expecting so that was a plus. The rest of the transaction (communication, prompt shipping, quality, and value) was flawless.
