The package was stolen and I couldn’t do anything about it, I was contacting USPS, Lakewood police department, but nothing helped. Tracking number was sent five days after the package arrived. That’s unacceptable. Five days after the package was gone was way too late to react. I hope seller will work to improve

Lack of feedback, item shipped late.

After 2 days, I contacted simplemobiletexas to see when they would ship the phone since they never listed it as shipped. They responded that it was sent moments after I ordered it and it showed that it was delivered. I asked for the tracking information and they never replied. The Swappa staff was excellent at getting a response. Simplemobiletexas accused me of being a scam. I checked paypal and it showed my payment was pending, due to the fact that Simplemobiletexas has to manually accept the payments. Once I notified them of this, they simply cancelled the sale. I wouldn't recommend them, but buy at your own risk. Thanks Swappa for your excellent service and great on paypal for the quick refund.

the sale went through fairly smooth after the seller figured out what was wrong with his paypal account. Unfortunately it took over a week and several tries to complete the sale.

Not happy with the screen. It is very blurred and distorted. All the ad said was good condition with a few scratches which I see but nothing mentioned about the screen being blurred. Looks like someone tried to maybe replace it.

Overall okay. The phone was as described. The metal rim around the phone was definitely not in mint condition though. A tad bit disappointed.
