Seller sells devices that are considered "modified by unauthorized parts and agents" and I have proof of that. This sale ad listed the item in good working condition, and I received an item that was defective. Sent the item to Apple where they denied any coverage and would not even touch it because there were non-Apple parts replaced inside of it. This seller blamed me for the problems and REFUSED to refund me because it was past 30 days, and it took more than 30 days to figure out what the problem was with it. Seller won't even offer to repair the item for me. In the end the seller basically stole over $800 from me as I have an unusable broken item to show for it.

Ipad ended up be blacklisted. The ESN is blocked so mobile data cannot be used. It was purchased from t mobile under contract. It was not paid for.

Good phone

An absolute disaster, the phone was restarting by its own every 5 minutes.
No True Tone option at all, the screen has clearly been replaced, when the description mentioned it wasn’t .
I had to return the device right away as this was supposed to be a gift but it turns out to be a completely defective device , I’m so disappointed with this I was expecting a functional device. I did receive the refund however I would not recommend this seller at all, because pretty much is selling damage iPhones and that shouldn’t be allowed at all. Very bad experience I ended up buying two other iPhones from off course form a different seller and they are working perfectly fine with no issues. :(

There was an issue with the phone. The seller provided a return shipping label and refunded the purchase. It was a pain, but I am satisfied with the outcome.
