Mike went above and beyond with this transaction! I recieved the phone and had an issue which was not the sellers fault. The seller could have chosen to ignore my issue and continue on, but he did not. The seller patiently helped me with the issue and I was able to activate the device. I would buy a phone from mike again any day of the week. Five stars for mike!! And of course the phone came as described, in great condition and with lots of add ons!
