The phone came as advertised in great condition and worked as soon as we put the SIM card in. The battery holds its charge really well and we’ve had no issues with the phone at all.

The phone was exactly as described! Mint screen, the slightest amount of wear on the bottom of the case, yet only listed as FAIR condition. What a deal! Arrived in a couple of days. Only issue was the charging cable included was defective, but I didn't buy it for the cable. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Device was in mint condition as advertised. Device was tested for functionality using the suite of tests from Samsung. All tests conducted passed as normal. I did not test wireless charging and wired headphone features. I used the phone for a day just to verify the battery functionality and it performed well. Battery was charged to 100% and taken off the charger to compare use to my old S9 (which had shattered glass and touch damage) overnight. Battery depletion from 100% was exactly the same at 7% over 10 hours. Phone was then used normally for the rest of the day including hotspot and still survived until 1 AM.

Shipping box was efficient, but well protected from any transit impact and moisture. Included the device and a genuine Samsung power block w/ cord. Price was appealing and better than I could get for lesser quality devices from other vendors. I can be a demanding customer but am very happy with my purchase and recommend this seller to others. Solid 5 stars.
