had a small problem. they got back to me very fast with a solution. turns out the problem wasn't on their end at all. Bottom line is the phone works great and was as described. as for shipping, it was to arrive on monday but showed up on friday, two days early. can't beat that. If this phone wears out or gets dropped I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
