The data cable has some wear I didn't notice before. While charging it disconnects and reconnects constantly due to the wear on the cable. You can see the wear in the seller's listing photo here: http://swappa.s3.amazonaws.com/listings/AAU069/images/HYPgzddI_big.jpg

The seller continued to ignore me, for over 11 days, so I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. I lowered the star to 1/5.
EDIT: Seller now claims I tried to extort him, simply because I asked for a replacement cable or a partial refund. Buyer beware!
