I purchased on Monday (Labor Day holiday) evening after receiving prompt responses to my questions from the seller. He shipped next day and I received the watch 2 days later. Amazing customer service. The device itself is exactly as described, came carefully packaged with original box and documentation and even the 2nd (spare) watch band keeper which I did not expect! 10/10 overall!
