Item was not as described, it was not in mint condition, sure it was lightly used but definitely far from mint, the listing was labeled as 'Mint', the seller described the item as 'slightly used' 'very good care' 'pristine condition' 100% functional, and 'looks like new'. The product was not in pristine condition as he described as the remote was chipped on both sides at the bottom as if someone had tried to improperly disassemble the remote to replace the batteries. The product was not 100% functional because the controller only worked to scroll through menu options and would not select, I had to keep it plugged in 100% of the time and it would not hold a charge making it pretty much useless. I had to factory reset the controller and reupdate software to allow the controller to accurately send the battery level to the system while I had pushed 8% battery to the controller after 2 hours on a 3 amp adaptive charger, fortunately I was able to fix things after a day. Untrustworthy seller.
