Good packaging and fast shipping. Phone is functioning fine. The only issue was the condition of the screen. Seller noted in item description as "minor scratches on screen that are not visible when in use". I would describe the scratches as pretty extensive. Our family has owned over 12 different iPhones from iPhone 4 thru 15's and never seen a screen with this bad of scratching. The sale price was good though so overall am still happy with it.
