Simple delivery mix-up. Phone is in good order and everything is working as expected. The additional case was an added bonus.

There was a small issue with the phone, however, the seller worked with me to get the issue resolved. The phone arrived on time and was in pristine condition.

The outside frame is bent causing the screen to not adhere in one spot. Other than that it's a ok phone.

Thank you, I received the phone. It powers on and connects to the Internet. I still have to register it for the cell phone to work. There were a lot more scratches in the back than I expected(The phone was described as light scratches). It almost seemed like the screen was cracked in the back, but I cannot tell for sure. The front is fine. This is for my child that is a chronic phone breaker so it does not matter that much and I will not hold this against you. Although I wish folks took better pictures and described scratches more accurately.
