This item was certainly not in "Mint" condition as listed. Though you did list it as having scratches on the back, you failed to mention that there were minor scratches on the screen as well.

Thank goodness it did come with AppleCare, I can feel a trip to the Apple store coming soon.

Some issue with activation (RUIM vs. NV), but that is much more to do with software/network. Phone seems to be connecting great now. It seems phone was blue not black (as per my impression, verizon rep, and verizon system), but not an issue for me. Benefit of the doubt = 4.5 stars.
