Laptop arrived exactly as described and shown in photos and the price point was a good value. The seller (ignit3) was very helpful throughout the sale, even when FedEx and PayPal threw a few marbles into the process with their outdated UPS form field info and then later when PayPal withheld pending separate confirmation with PayPal despite having a FedEx signature confirmation of receipt. In short: 5 Stars to the seller and 1 Star to PayPal. Swappa staff were also helpful in resolving the payment and confirmation of sale issues introduced by third party facilitators. All in all the sale required a lot more participation on the part of seller and buyer than I ever would have expected. I see now why people dislike using PayPal.
