Shipping method was quick, however packaging was sub-par. Phone was in its original box, but had no bubble-wrap. It was shipped in a USPS priority mail "envelope", not a box. I'm thankful no damage to the screen or phone occurred. Phone's condition was mostly as described. There were 2 small 'nicks' at the bottom bezel close to the charging port, despite this was described as "New-resale".
