Great quality. No errors on hardware diagnostics test. Normal wear and tear, nothing out of the ordinary or visually unappealing. Fast delivery.

The laptop was described as mint in condition in the seller's description but it was not in mint condition. There were dings and nicks. Seller did offer a refund but attempted to explain away the discrepancies. I ended with a small partial refund of $20 (~4% of purchase price), but I believed a $40 (~9% of purchase price) partial refund was more appropriate. I spent a whole day going back and forth, but the seller would not budge.

I would avoid this seller if you want a hassle-free experience. The difference between good and fair condition can be debatable. But if you list an item as ‘mint’ and it isn't, then that's a problem. Either you are careless or you are intentionally misrepresenting your item. Either case, not a seller you want to deal with.
