This phone arrived defective and would not power up. Luckily Apple took care of it for me and I did not have to return it. Both Verizon and Apple found that this phone would not fully power up.

I was very nervous to buy a refurbished iPhone over the internet, but everything worked out perfectly! The seller was extremely friendly and helpful, and the phone works great (and the price is great, too!). Fair seller, though slow to respond to questions after sale. Also, admitted there were slight issues they noticed but didn't list in the original listing (dust in rear camera, forward facing camera out of skew). Battery was almost completely dead but I got lucky because it qualified for the warranty replacement. Still would have been nice to know about ahead of time. Would buy again because price was good and luck made it a usable phone with no further investment of money. Shipping was prompt and arrived well packed.

Worst service ever!
Sold me a locked att proprietary phone under an unlocked listing...
headphone jack had a head phone lug broke off inside it.. no sound till I fixed it myself..

will never buy from th is seller again nor swappa as they offered no assistance during the disagreement..

Seller feels they can sell locked phone under an unlocked listing because swappa told them the phone was unlocked..

Extremely disappointed and irritated, I feel totally ripped off! Buyer BEWARE!!!
