Phone was sent fast thank you the only problem I had was the phone was labeled as a sprint phone but the imei marked it as a Verizon phone had to take it to the sprint store and spent about 30 mins before buying a new sim card other then that phone looks and works great thank you again

Otterbox Case was more scratched than advertised. Shipping was incredibly slow and seller failed to mark the phone as shipped or provide a tracking number. Overall a less than positive experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller and will likely not use Swappa in the future.

received the phone as advertised but could not activate it. called sprint finally and went to the store. the SIM car it came with was not the original one and was not compatible with the phone. wasted 2 hours trying to activated, calling and going to the store.

Minor hiccup in communication over the holidays (which is understandable... since it was Thanksgiving) that was quickly remedied! Device arrived in a timely fashion and no complaints on my end. =)
