Thank you for your help, and your ability to answer my questions promptly.
There does seem to be "dead spots" on the touch screen some days while other days it works perfectly well. This has not been too much as an inconvenience because I have been using it more so in laptop than tablet mode, but did want to bring this up to see if you ever had this issue? I set it back to factory settings but some days will still have portions of the screen unresponsive.

Phone was in excellent condition as stated and was promptly shipped. Great first experience and will be using Swappa in the future.
