The seller made a problem with the delivery more difficult than necessary to resolve. The package was delivered in a USPS bag that showed writing apologizing for mishandling of the package, which was opened and only held the packaging material, not the item. The seller repeatedly asked for a police report from when the Swappa representative and the USPS informed me that this was unnecessary. This response, their delayed action in filing a USPS claim and limited communication made me suspicious of the seller.
