I was skeptical about using this platform because I have been a victim of scams but after this experience, I am indeed grateful that these genuine platforms still exists and I wanna say thanks to the seller as my macbook arrived in due time and as described. I love it.

After receiving the computer and doing a clean OS install, several things were not functioning correctly. HI-Tech Gadgets Austin was very responsive in resolving the issues. It turns out that OS release was full of bugs. After another OS update everything is running smoothly. Great service and support from the seller.

A little more scuffs and scraps for a "mint" condition phone but overall very happy with the phone and with the service (well packaged and fast delivery).

Very fast shipping and the device was bundled up safely.

Fast shipping and overall great seller. However, did not receive tempered glass screen protector. The phone also had problems in which the haptic feedback did not work at all and had to go to Apple Store for a replacement, but this problem was NOT the sellers fault as the phone was still in its plastic seal when I received it.
