Packaging was very poor - lots of empty space in the box with nothing to pad the contents.

Phone was sold as 'mint' condition, but had micro scratches on screen visible under strong light, and an obvious ~1cm long scratch on the glass surrounding the camera.

Buyer is courteous and kept me well updated.
Product is in good condition, apart from the minor scuffs on the dial not present in the pictures (probably caused by the mediocre packaging by USPS). Everything else works flawlessly, the bands are in amazing condition as well.

I have received my Galaxy Note 5 and is happy with the condition it came in the wall charger works great and accessories works great the only problem was Samsung wireless
charger didn't want to stay connected to charge phone and I have tried it on multiple Galaxy Note 5 and also minor scratch the outward camera but it still takes great pictures over
