The product arrived in great shape, and as described. I requested to pay extra for faster shipping, seller "decided" not to do that. The seller was aware there is a sense of urgency for the phone, and they "decided" to ship it as slow as possible. Once the shipper got the package (3 days later) then it took NINE more days to get it to me. I had to buy another phone in the mean time , and that one I bought four days after this one and I received it four days before I received this one. The seller did an extra request during the sale, but after that communication is pretty strict. Once I received it I even gave the seller a chance to talk about this and explain. They ignored me.

Very good seller. Great communication. Phone is in perfect condition. I would definitely purchase from him again.
