Excellent item

Seller was quick to ship, which I appreciated, but failed to disclose that USB charge/data cables would not stay plugged in to the phone. I was able to clean the port and now it is working again, but I would have expected that to be disclosed up front. However, the seller also included a google-supplied Lego kit that allows you to assemble either a stand for the phone, or a cable organizers. My two young kids LOVED this, and I really appreciate the seller passing it along.

I have not seen the phone physically so making it difficult for me to provide you an informed feedback. I hope it is as described. You where not timely in sending the phone.

Jon was incredibly helpful. I ran into troubles with new Android 5.1 security features when I received the device, but Jon got on Hangouts with me for an hour and walked me through the entire process of user validation. He solved the issue and even offered to send over several USB cables for my inconvenience.

Perfect condition on the phone and good price.
