The phone was clean and in good condition and seems to work fine. My only complaint was about the charging cable. I didn't mind it being frayed but it was dirty. It wasn't just dirty: it had icky chunks of stuff that fell off it when I picked it up out of the box. I would have appreciated it being at least wiped down before it was sent to me . But I gave a good rating because the phone was in good shape and it was a good price.
