I did receive the tablet as promised. However I was not pleased with the communication or lack thereof. I also received the tablet with a few scratches on the screen and there are a few nicks around the outside of the tablet silver bezels.

After having the tablet for a day I noticed the tablet staring flickering continuously and then begin to shut off and on.

That being said Jon did refund me my funds.

Listed as "mint" but actually should have been "good" condition at best. The silver on bezel were scratched in spots around exposing the plastic underneath. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase except for that one mislabeling.
