Item is as advertised. Hate to say but seller is terrible with communication. Had to get Swappa staff involved and threaten to cancel sale to get information about shipping and that was wrong for over 24 hours.

The tracking number didn't work but the product itself was mint just as described. Sorry for being impatient. Thank you

Item accurately described, shipped 2 business days after purchase. Shipping box used was marginal -- one side was not really taped down and two edges were blown out (kind of amazing that laptop and/or charger did not fall out before arrival). Thanks.

"Top Seller" did not deliver on the name. Late to ship (>48 hrrs), and only shipped after asking several times for an update and finally getting Swappa staff involved. Packing was very inadequate. It is lucky that the laptop wasn't damaged in transit. Listing left out key details like an issue with the screen (anti-glare degradation) and a fairly depleted battery. Buy from somebody else if you can.
