The phone was not as described. The seller listed the phone as not being rooted, but in fact was. I've unrooted the phone (a time-consuming process for non-experts), though I'm extremely displeased to have had to do it. To be more specific: the phone was listed as "unlocked"---as in SIM unlocked, a redundant point for the Nexus 5---and not "rooted". To claim that "unlocked" is the same as "rooted" is highly misleading. Other than that (large!) issue, the seller was courteous, the shipping was fine, and the phone's physical condition (i.e. non-software) was good.
