I received the items at the time specified. They appear to be in working order, and I think the condition of the items is actually better than described.

The laptop came in great shape and I was able to run it through its paces without any issues. The only gripe I have is that the hard drive was formatted case sensitive which adobe products will not install on. Thankfully, I'm a computer nerd so I can reformat but in the future you may want to reformat the drives without case sensitive to avoid a complaining customer lol. Sorry for the delay in getting feedback, I was out on a business trip and had the phone with me. Other than some minor cutting out of the GPS, the phone looks and functions great. All accessories are as they described. I may change the screen protector to get it a bit more even, but no biggie. I've had the GPS and phone lose signal while driving for like a minute then come back on twice using Waze. Not sure if it is hardware or software related. Shipping was done in good time with the only slow part being USPS who falsely identified the phone as "delivered" when it was sitting at the post office.
Otherwise, thanks on a pleasant transaction!
