The seller misrepresented the item by not disclosing or showing the scratches on the camera lens in the listing. The damage was hidden under a cover, which I only discovered after receiving the item. When I raised the issue, the seller denied any wrongdoing and implied I caused the damage, despite clear evidence to the contrary. They offered to cover a cheap replacement instead of taking full responsibility. Poor transparency and lack of accountability—would not recommend.
