Phone is in perfect condition as expected, and I have had zero issues acrivating it with verizon, however it was stated that the phone was originally a verizon phone and thqt is not true, it is an unlocked at&t phone wich i was not too pleased with as it worried me quite a bit before getting it activated and was just odd it diddnt match the description.

Horrible people. Lie through their teeth. Never do business with them. Phones are a scam you will not get what you received. They don’t list the phones in proper graded order and they will never pay return shipping.

The phone works and was as described. However, I would highly suggest not using the USPS to ship items. They are extremely incompetent compared to other mail carriers. I watched them literally change delivery times on the tracking page for several days, and finally had to make phone calls and go speak to the postal management about finding and holding my package, that I was supposed to get on Friday and didn't get until Monday. I have received packages from CHINA faster than this, and during the xmas season, so no excuse. The USPS is weak and failing.

Everything is good as described before. The only major problem was a very bad communication with the seller. Hope he’ll make some adjustments in the future.

The "free" screen protector was preinstalled to conceal the heavy scratches on the screen. This seems a bit sneaky. The phone does work and once I installed a better screen protector that did not cause slow touch responses, the scratches are a lot less noticeable.
