I purchased a phone on Friday evening after being without a phone since Wednesday. Sunday afternoon I get a message saying I was being refunded because the phone was no longer in stock. They had sold it earlier in the week. They need to keep their listings up to date. I was hoping to have a phone early in the week, but now I have to wait for the money to be returned to my bank account before I can try and order another one. Not happy!

Arrived in one week times but the other comments are correct about the tracking number being incorrect. I ordered a phone in mint conditioned and that's what I received. Thr plastic that covered the screen was a barely peeled from one corner but that's the only I guess "issue" that wasn't an issue at all. I'd buy another item from this seller.

Description of the device I ordered was a little inaccurate. Shipping speed and packaging was great, but the device had a slight scratches present on several parts of the screen, but was listed as MINT. Overall satisfied, would recommend to examine photos as close as possible and verify descriptions in detail. Good seller! :-)

The phone works pretty well! I just wished the buttons were easier to press, but it's still ok for now. I wouldn't say it was in mint condition though. I'm guessing the battery was water damaged since the water indicator was triggered. I'm just hoping that doesn't do anything to the phone which in overall is in good shape. I just also wished that I didn't see some pictures on the phone, it was factory reset when I got it, and I did it again on my own a few more times, there were still pictures and videos on it from the previous owner.

Shipping was fast, which I liked a lot, but the tracking number didn't work for some reason. And communication was a good for me since they actually tried communicating.

Phone was accurately described and arrived in good condition. I have activated and phone is 100% fictional. It was a pleasure doing business with Elite Mobile!

Phone was as pictured and described, and arrived within 4 days of the initial sale. It took more than 24 hours to receive shipping notification, so for a while I was unsure if the seller had even received the order. There was no communication with the seller, even after the sale was completed. Overall, great phone for a great price, received promptly... but without communication.

Item not as described. Item was described as brand new. It was in mint shape but not brand new. The battery was out of the factory packaging and the factory screen protector had been removed and placed back on.

Purchased this on Oct 17. Seller advertises "FAST SHIPPING", but it didn't ship until Oct 21. Granted there was a weekend between, but 21st was Tuesday! USPS was the shipper, and the tracking number seller provided to me was wrong. I started emailing the seller on Oct 23, and only after 3 days (and 3 emails) did I get a reply. By that time the phone had arrived on the 25th. The good news is that the phone came as advertised -- "MINT" condition, but seller's lack of communication and untimely delivery made for a stressful sale.

Feedback will not be positive on the device I purchased from you.

The device was listed as "mint" condition, but is far from mint. The screen had no visible scratches, but the case perimeter was scratched and filthy. I cleaned off the crud, but can't do anything about the scratching/damage.

When I see the words "mint" and 'like new", my expectations are to receive a device that is mint and like new, not filthy and scratched. At the most, the device should have been classified as “good” and that is a stretch.

This is the second device that I have purchased on Swappa, and the first (and last) from you. I'm keeping the device because it is a pain to do anything else. I'm sure that is what you are counting on.

Nothing "Elite" about this purchase... except the price.
