Quick shipping and the seller spoke with me on the phone when I found an issue with the IMEI number. Seller offered a full refund immediately but we got it figured out without return or exchange.
Blacklisted IMEI # on Straight Talk even though clear IMEI # on Swappa & Verizon (I did get it cleared with Straight Talk). 2 smalls yet noticeable scratches in the middle of the screen (which were blocked by the blackout screen protector. Seller got Swappa team after me over a dispute with another customer (seller was confused on which sale the dispute was actually on).

All in all, everything worked out. Really wish pics of the scratches on the screen would have been noted in the sale page. Took a star off for the bad IMEI# and another star off for product not being listed accurately.

Phone came as described in great condition. Able to activate right away online with Sprint. Just a little bit of delay in communication, but the product came in perfectly as seller described.

Shipping was fast and on time. Phone was exactly as described. I am new to swappa didn't realize when I bought the phone it didn't come with a Sim Card. I went to sprint store they didn't have any in stock had to order it.one week later I received it at no charge.

bad seller list phone new and sent me refurbished . I return the phone i had to wait 5 days the refund was pending . this seller just wasting time . holding money for 2 weeks . so disappointed
