The seller quickly sent the device to my address, while he contacted me regularly throughout the waiting period.

I checked after receiving it a few days later. The phone was in good condition and with all the accessories included as listed in the sale. There was also the original instructions within the entire the package. I checked out the phone's settings and apps and most everything seemed to work fine.

I now have to set up a Verizon prepaid plan with the phone.

Colin provided me with prompt service, product, accesories and packaging as described. Very pleased with my order as is my daughter with her replacement phone....cheers!
