Phone came in the condition promised, and in a timely manner. Would buy from again!

The seller shipped promptly but the condition of the phone was not "mint" as described. There were small scratches on the screen and dent in the casing where the plug goes into the phone (that was not visible in any of the photos in the listing). While the charger was included had no green dot and is clearly the kind that was recalled by Apple back in 2008 for safety concerns. I have kept the phone simply because I needed it. Unfortunately I feel I paid more than I should have due to misrepresentation of the phone's condition.
