Everything was great, though I did not understand that the unlocked phone would not be able to access various Verizon services such as wifi and video calling. That is on me, though. Thanks for the great phone!

Seller stayed in constant contact and was easy to work with. Only issue...for future shipping packing the device better. Original box was included but phone was face down in bottom of box with no type of wrapping around anything in box. Other than that quick shipping. Would buy from again.
